1. World Relief US, a founder of CREDIT and the majority and outright decision making shareholder in CREDIT.
For over 60 years, World Relief has been equipping churches and communities to help victims of poverty, diseases, hunger, war, disasters and persecution. It has widespread programs in micro enterprise development, child survival and development, AIDS ministries, disaster response, agricultural projects, refugee care, immigrant assistance, and trafficked victims protection. As part of its extensive work, World Relief has implemented income generation for more than twenty years and has excelled in starting and growing MFIs in some of the world’s most challenging environments.
2. World Relief Canada, a co-founder of CREDIT and the second majority shareholder in CREDIT.
World Relief Canada partners with the Evangelical Church in Canada and overseas to respond to the basic needs of the world’s most oppressed, poor and suffering people, empowering them to meet their own needs in the name of Jesus Christ. World Relief Canada was founded in 1982, and works with and through local networks throughout the world, ensuring that local leaders are made partners in meeting local needs.
3. World Hope International, newly invested in CREDIT in 2005 and owns 6% of CREDIT registered share capital.World Hope International is a faith based relief and development organization alleviation suffering and injustice through education, enterprise and community health. In collaboration with faith communities, like-minded organizations, and individuals around the globe, World Hope International seeks to empower people by creating a broad spectrum of locally sustainable programs. These programs including economic development, leadership and skill trainings, child sponsorship, and community health education. By the year 2007, World Hope International creates World Hope Micro-Capital Fund LLC for invest in MFI partners.
CREDIT Board of Directors
Mr. TIM Amstutz, Board Chairman has served in this role since he joined the board in 2003. He is an American, born in 1958 and grew up in India. He joined World Relief as Legalization Director in 1987 and served in this role until 1988. Later, he was Director of World Relief Midwest region from 1995-1996. From 1989-2001, he was the Director of Education Services, the Director of Immigration Services and Director of National Immigration Resource Network. Since 2001 he has served as the Country Director of World Relief to Cambodia and the Asia Director. For the last 20 years he has specialized in management and has attended and spoken at many course on Management, Micro-Credit, Finance and Banking in Europe and the US.
Mr. GREGG Burgess, Board Member, is a consultant and the former Cambodia Country Director of World Hope International. Before his time at World Hope, he was the Managing Director of Hagar Soya Co. Ltd. Mr. Gregg also has extensive business and project management experience in other fields.

Ms. Seryhem Roberts, Board Member, is an accountant with Christian Reformed World Relief Committee. Being active in the ministry of Cambodian churches, she joined the CREDIT board to extend her services to the poor people in Cambodia.
Ms. Tea Chansotheary, Board Member, is a part-time Country program manager of Ratanak Foundation which its head office based in Vancouver, Canada. Regarding to her banking and microfinance experience, Sotheary has been involved in microfinance in Cambodia for more than 15 years. She has served at nearly every level from Trainer, Finance Director, Operation Director, Program Manager of CREDIT, and the Co-Executive Director of Cambodia Community Building. She also has served in various roles for Hagar for over two years. Beside these experiences, Sotheary also has done consulting work in microfinance and international organization such as PACT, JICA, UNDP, World Vision and World Relief. Regarding to her educational background, Sotheary has graduated her Bachelor degree in the field of Chemistry in 1992 and now she pursue her Pre-master of Business Administration at the institute of Economics and Finance.
Ms. Ing Varony, Board Member, is an Assistant at the World Bank Program. She is a Cambodian National with 8 years of experience working with NGOs and microfinance institutions in Cambodia. She has an additional 6 years in the Cambodian government developing the manufacturing sector.
